Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC, Head Coach Maxwell Konadu has submitted Six solid players to the club Board and the New CEO, Nana Yaw Amponsah to strengthen the squad 2020/2021 CAF Champions League campaing.
The meeting was held between the CEO and Technical team last week at the club’s secretariat.
The CEO opens discussions with Medeama SC to re-sign Justice Blay who left the club last month as the coach call for his services. He returned to his mother club, Medeama SC after his loan spell at Kotoko expired some months ago.
Karela United midfielder Emmanuel Keyekeh has been reportedly ready playing for the Porcupine Warriors.
Uganda centre-back Murushid Juuko on the radar of Kotoko for a possible move. He is currently unattached after revoking his contract with Moroccan side Wydad AC last year. Juuko has 41 appearance for Uganda national team with just a goal.
Ghanaian giants club Hearts of Oak talisman Joseph Esso left following the period of his contract was expired. He includes the list of players Coach Maxwell Konadu presented to the Chief Executive Officer of Kotoko.
Former AshantiGold SC skipper Shafiu Mumuni was among the players on the wishlist of the 47-year-old trainer with out-of-contract midfielder Abdul Latif Anabila.
