Former Ghana star and Okwawu United Legend Emmanuel Asare (Koeman), has sent a goodwill message to the Black Satellites (U20) team ahead of their Afcon final game today.


Ghana U20 will come face to face against the Ugandan U20 team on Saturday, March 6, at Stade Olympique (Nouakchott) Sports Stadium at 8pm local (8pm)

A message to the team signed by the President of Asarit Academy Football Club read’s that “the Black Satellites must win the ultimate to boost Ghanaians confidence in Ghana Football. It’s a privilege to represent your country and the best package to President Nana Akufo-Addo this Independent Day is to lift the trophy and present to him”. 

“We are very confident that the team will put up a spirited performance to win the trophy convincingly. We want to assure you that the good people of Ghana are solidly behind you so we urge the team to avoid any complacency in order to triumph at the U20 AFCON 2021″. He told General Manucho of Gbc Sunrise Fm.


Mr. Asare also took the opportunity to urge the Black Satetiles team to remain focus and set unity at camp ahead of the final game. We believe the team is well conditioned and prepared physically, mentally and psychologically ahead of the match. He concluded.
