Former Okwahu United and 2014/2015 top goalscorer in the Ghana Premier League has confirmed to Nationalist Tv that he Is till still a Berekum Chelsea player and would play for the club in the upcoming season

29 year old Kofi Owusu has played for several clubs in Ghana and Africa as a whole. He began his playing career with Okwahu United scoring 12 goals in the Polytank Division 1 league, before moving to Liberty Professionals at a tender age. Kofi then played Mighty Jets then left to King Faisal. He moved to Aduana Stars then went to Berekum Chelsea in the 2014/2015 season.
He received an offer to play for Egyptian club Aswan FC which he accepted. He returned to Ghana to play for Ashantigold. He is currently with Berekum Chelsea. Kofi Owusu won the topgoalscorer at Berekum Chelsea scoring 19 goals in the 2014/2015 season. . Credit: sportsashkuz
