The Ghana Football Association (GFA) Players’ Status Committee (PSC), has pronounced decisions on four cases concerning Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC and four of its former players.
In separate petitions, Abass Mohammed, Mathew Kelvin Andoh and Stephen Tetteh Aryiku and Evans Owusu, all petitioned the PSC on the Club’s unilateral termination of their contracts.
They therefore sought for the PSC to rule on the payment of their outstanding salaries and signing on fees.
Ruling from status committee chaired by Ishak Mohammed on Monday, January 25, 2021 indicated that Kotoko to pay GHC 26000 for Evans Owusu, GHC 50800 Abass Mohammed, GHC 59000 Stephen Ayiku as well as GHC 62000 Kelvin Andoh, which sum up to the amount of GHC1968000.
Kotoko have the next 14 days to settle former players or to face ban.
