The Ghana Football Association (GFA), Executive Council Member Mr. Frederick Acheampong says all the 18 clubs have the right to video all games.
For educational purposes and technical education, there is a way the clubs have to stream regarding the Premier League Regulations article 42 clause 5 and 6 contrary to the broadcasting.
Firstly, the club has to make payment through the Ghana Football Association(GFA) with a sum of Gh50 and submit the receipt through registry department of the GFA which you are going to be given the clearance to give to any GFA match commissioner saying you have the right to stream the game for your educational purposes. He emphasised that article 42 6 in the GFA regulations,the club has the right to broadcast any away game if the home team decides to stop them from streaming the game, the Match official can report the home team to the GFA, of which the GFA will fine the home team GH10,000 or any other punishment.
He stated, ” Before any club can broadcast it’s game, the club has to go through some procedures before that club can stream.”
